Returns and Refunds policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Exceptions

We will assist if:

• The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible.

• The delivered product differs materially from its published description.

• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase. After verifying the issue, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds Are Not Available For

• Change of mind

• Lack of technical knowledge

• Failure to read product details

• The existing refund policy is otherwise clear. Review the Refund Policy.
